Terms of Sale

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOU.

This agreement explains the terms and conditions that apply to customers for purchases from Cynch, and/or cynchinc.com. Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts this Agreement as applicable to Customer's purchase of product from Cynch and/or from the Internet website. These terms will apply unless the Customer has signed a separate formal purchase agreement with Lakeway IT, in which case the separate Agreement shall apply. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at Cynch' discretion. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND USE OF THIS WEBSITE.

1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Customer's receipt of an electronic or other confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of Cynch' offer to sell. All orders are accepted in Lakeway, Texas and Cynch reserves the right at any time after receipt of Customer's order to accept or decline the order for reasonable cause such as limited availability or Customer's inability to satisfy the payment terms. If a product is listed due to an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing, Cynch reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product(s) listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has already been confirmed or payment has been received. In these instances, Cynch will issue a full refund equal to the amount received for the cancelled order.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be received prior to the acceptance of the order. It may be made by approved credit card, wire transfer, electronic funds or some other method of agreed upon payment. Cynch may invoice parts of an order separately. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and we reserve the right to adjust or cancel quotations as necessary.

3. SHIPPING

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to shipping product to the location specified by the Customer. It is Customer's responsibility to provide accurate address and contact information prior to shipping of the product. Additional charges can apply that the Customer will be responsible for should additional delivery or warehousing charges apply. Customer is responsible for inspecting freight for shortages or signs of damage upon receipt of goods. Cynch will not be responsible for additional damages that occur as a result of shipping delays or damages.

4. TAXES

Customer is responsible for all sales taxes associated with the order. Sales tax shall be collected for all orders shipped to the State of Texas or as governed by individual state law.
